Still service not available other account got banned but got new one using wired connection game not worked in a week

Well don't don't know how it got banned got recovery but haven't actually got message that it's banned ,and xbox 360
People who have recently been banned haven't got any messages actually saying they have been banned but they have tried other accounts and they have been able to get on signed into another account.
been on so many support pages but none of them are actually helping its a joke raging as well as girlfriend is working all month and perfect time to play without any disturbances and cant play bane of my life lol
