Im about to get a reovery however, when he tried to download my profile to do the recovery he gets an error: I've tried recovering my account and changing my password as that is was the support told me what to do but ut doesn't seem to help I've also asked the guy doing the recovery if he could clean his cache bit doesn't help.
Like logg into it on his pc and then press something on his pc to make it download on his xbox or just logg into it on pc and then go to his xbox and try downloading it again? thank you
just log into it on his pc then try and download it but when he logs into it on his pc it may as some security stuff to prove the account is his because it is being accessed from a different pc/ip address
