So ive been on the phone for over an hour trying to get my profile DLed on my brothers 360 and it didn't work so I call 18004myxbox and was on the phone for over an hour and when I was finally able to DL my profile my Xbox 360 gamer score was 5000 less than my Xbox 1 Gamerscore???????????? And believe it or not they don't want to give me compensate a thing WTF!!!!!!!! HAS ANY ONE ELSE HAD THIS PROBLEM!??????????? sorry edit didn't work but if you have a problem call and FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF NNNNNNNNNN freeaak out!!!!
All gamerscore Unlocked offline must be Registered Online.... If not, Redownloading the Profile will delete All Stuff done in offline mode
I have always been online so ?????????? k put it this way im on line with my 360 saying I have 8147gs and myxbox1 says I have 13982 you try and figure that one out? one profile 2 gamer scores??????
Maybe the account didn't download correctly. It left out some .gpd files? Did you try to delete the account and redownload it? Have you ever modded anything on the account? Lastly, is the missing gamerscore from X1 games? Did you really expect compensation from a glitch? What, are they supposed to pay you for some missing GS?
only aspect of it would be that Microsoft seen it as "offline" Not signed into Live im Stumpt if this isnt the answer
well I was just watching a movie and as soon as I stopped it and went to my dash it corrected itself??? but my main problem was downloading my account to a different xbox and wasn't able to as soon as I started the preview program on xb1??? I just wanted to let any one else know of my problem on the xb1 preview program and even spending an hour on the phone they didn't even give me a month code (cheap pricks) LOL
