for Invulnerable, enemies would just walk/fly through you, but you'd still lose lives if you fell into water or pit. for Always Punk, you may appear as normal Giana sometimes, but you can always fire bullet and break the blocks. fpr Continues Shot, it removes the 3 shot limits. for Inf. Lives, remaining lives stop decreasing when it reaches 1. note that some pointers won't show their values until you enter and exit the esc menu once.
