outland editor problems

hey I'm recently new to this program but every time i try to open an outland save or try to save a save im working on i get either a "not a valid save" or it just says error when i try to save it. please help!!!!!!!!

While reporting an error, please be sure to include the full error report, the name of the mod tool you are trying to use within 360Revolution, what you were doing when the error occurred (tried to open a save, tried to login, tried to edit my profile, etc...), and the save in question that you used (if applicable when reporting and error if you used one of the save editors).

All this information will be able to vastly assist us in isolating and/or rectifying your reported issue.
Failure to do so, may result your thread being locked and us not being able to assist you on getting 360Revolution to properly work for you.
