Need Help Coding Functions

Title says it all,lol.

So far ive got the form built, and the buttons i want but i cant seem to figure out how to add functions to the buttons.

Here is a pic of what i got so far and the buttons are explanitory.

Also i should say, this is my first attempt at this and it took me four hours to get what i have done so far.

So know that i prolly wont know what your talking about unless you explain,lol
