I was with my brother at Best Buy. He just bought an Xbone. On our way to his house he almost gets hit by a car that was sliding on ice. The Xbone went flying. We get to his house & the Xbone is shattered. He went to take it back only to find out he lost the receipt & the cashier was fired sometime that day. They would not refund him or give a replacement. Now for the heartbreak Spoiler He told me the Xbone was for me as an early Christmas gift
First of all :O Secondly did he pay via cash or card as the transaction should be registerd on there till system as a sale, and also on there cctv footage. Thirdly if all else fails get some of this. Spoiler
they would still have the serial number/date of sale in store even when paying with cash, if they scan it, its in their system
Ahh I see it still should be registerd as a sale on there tills ask to speak to the manager and sort it out, you will be on there cctv footage also as proof of purchase. If all else fails tell them your taking to ombudsman if you have them where you are.
I would ring there manager or customer service and put a sob story on saying it was for the kids Christmas present. If that fails trading standards or whatever its called in USA
Id take it in again and see what happens, you probably will have a different sales representative. Id take it in again and see what happens, you probably will have a different sales representative.
Do they not know they have CCTV to show you went into the shop and came out with an Xbox. & Bullet
I passed all your suggestions onto my brother. When he gets out of work he will go back & try. Thx all
