Modded Legendary Gems Ps4

I figured out how to get the gems from the Cky D3 Editor to the Ps4.

How can i mod the Rank of the gem?
Is it through hex?

and if anybody can help out would be much appreciated

How do you get the gems?

 

if anyone wants those leg. gems, i managed to raise their rank up to +105 MILLIONS.
I can give you the gems themselves or the jewelry with 3 of them attached( basically enabling god mode on the character)
