    why i ask?: because i saw lot of people saying theres mod menu without jtag

    There is no such thing mate, all modified Mod Menu's contain a .exe or RTE File. Meaning you need XEX Menu or Neighborhood which you can't use on a retail console. So who ever has said this to you is giving you false information. ;)
