I'm getting ready to wipe my bosses computer and start fresh as his kids have downloaded so much crap that needs to just be formatted. Just wondering what you guys think would be the best OS for him. It is not capable of win 8 as its a 4 year old e-machine. I was thinking about win 7 just wanted your input on this
Yeah I'd install what ever was/is on there, if it had windows 7 install that, if it had windows vista install that, unless he wants something new.
I recently installed Win7Ult-SP1-x64-en-US-May-2013 using WinUSB Maker v2.0 BETA 2 ,, it was a snap laptop installed on is 4+ Y.O. Gateway 4gb/320gb and is working very well after format and that install after having some hardware work done a couple months ago due to an overheating problem
That is what I was thinking of installing myself. Win 7 is a great OS Vista not so much would use XP before I ever thought of using Vista in my opinion that was one of the worst OS
