Right been playing for a long time and cant get to level 30 im stuck on 29 any ideas how i can get there.?

Do a lot of raids. See if you can get a higher leveled person to help you in your journey cause obviously they are higher leveled because they did something right. so yes my suggestion is find someone on destiny while at the market and see if anyone would like to help you. i wish the Best of luck to you lol
to progress to level 30 you need to aquire the gear thats rewarded from playing the raid because when they are fully upgraded the pieces have the same amount of light as if they were all exotic pieces. Curently the raid is the only way to gain them but when it up the iron banner event is another way Warlock - Brown Set Façade of the Hezen Lords, Obtained in Hard Mode Gloves of the Hezen Lords Cuirass of the Hezen Lords Tread of the Hezen Lords Hunter - Brown Set Prime Zealot Helm, Obtained in Hard Mode Prime Zealot Gloves Prime Zealot Cuirass Prime Zealot Greaves Titan - Brown Set Battlecage of Kabr, Obtained in Hard Mode Kabr's Brazen Grips Kabr's Wrath Kabr's Forceful Greaves
We did the raid just last night, and u didn't get any armor? Honestly just wait until Tue new armor/raid. Iron banner will be back Dec 16th. If you don't get the dlc you can still hit lvl 31.
Next raid you guys do hit me up, i need to run my warlock threw a raid run. On Tuesday al legendary gear will be upgraded at Vanguards and Crucible shops.
