    hi im pretty new to this hex editing im usually to lazy so i wait for programs to come out.
    anyway im messing about with the rage auto save at the moment people are saying to extract the inventory.rage
    but when i extract i just get 5.dat files any help would be very greatful

    It's instance####, not the inventory one. There's also a checksum you'll have to face, too.
