its reading the KV from the console 2nd boot it should be working. It will do this each time you use a new KV.
Ok replace this launch file with the one on the root of HDD. Then make sure you have plugins for stealth on root of hdd along with unbanned KV then reboot console. Launch Spoiler https://mega.co.nz/#!vAtWmBDY!PhsIQnjAPTEz-Q-VCuyDcTMWj0s4LC-jeSOg9CgRDJE
delete the launch file from hdd. Looks like you have problem with you hdd or your console is not updated to latest dash .
This is why i told you in a PM to install Xbox 360 SDK. You will need to connect your HDD to pc and delete the launch file or format the hdd. Really you need to start over again i also don't mind helping you over Team Viewer.
Just do fresh install on your HDD and also install xbox360 neighborhood as it will help. You will find all the infomation you need on the site just use the search. If you can get neighborhood installed i can take alook at your hdd and sort it out for you over Team Viewer.
He is most likely having an SDK connectivity problem xblse would boot if neighborhood is connected it continues to boot that's what mine does if not connected to neighborhood correctly.
Do you have a PC? not a laptop... check if your pc has a sata cable and power connector (look at the hard drive in the pc, take out the cables connected to it and see if it connects to your hard drive) this only works for slim hard drives. if you have a phat xbox your going to need a data transfer cable (£5/$10 from amazon) or a set of torx screwdrivers to open the HDD case to reveal your actual hard drive. connect it to your pc (keeping your pc hard drive connected with the cables) then download FATXplorer (by eaton-works, google it) install the driver then mount good luck its his plugins he needs to delete launch.ini and copy a new one over
