Does anyone know what the modding program is in which you can search someones Gamer Tag and then use the Gamer Picture they are using? I've done this before but lost the program.
You can do that with Horizon, can't you? With the Gamertag tool, look up the gamertag then save their picture and transfer it to your Xbox.
