Welcome to XPG. My suggestion to get a "verified hoster" on this site is to do what I did when I was hosting a few years ago. Start out with some free lobbies with people from the site, get your name out there, and if there is enough positive feedback, apply for the badge and become a "legitimate hoster" Here is a little Kate Upton to welcome you to the site.
