It will use your accounts coins. And yes, it would buy messi for 150 coins if you set it to do that. I piece of advice I would give, don't buy an autobuyer unless you know what you are doing.
it would only buy messi for 150 coins if somebody was stupid enough to put him up at that price. if you buy the autobuyer he has a guy called tom that works for him on skype that will help you how to use it plus he has a autobuyer guide for sale!
You don't need an AB guide. M10 is pretty self explanatory. Just buy players in demand and you are guaranteed coin profit.
I may be wrong here but it's probably best to make coins by trading rather than an AB, the amount of people that have AB's would limit the amount you'll make and you'd make more trading in my opinion
