Is that the part where you are in the small area with two sets of stairs on either side and the big guy lands on the little hut in the middle? If so use your emp grenades as soon as he lands and run over and grab the guns from one side on the top of the stairs. since the emp will hold him in place and keep him from shooting you this is where you need to lay into him. couple of emp grenades and frags tossed at him too and you should be done. i'll look if i have a save around there for you.
i don't believe this game can be gamesaved. have you used the mod tool to max your points to fully upgrade all of your skills?
i read somewhere this possibility, i was hoping for a savegame but maybe you're right and that's why i can'f find any !
