Resolved Error with 360revolution

So im new to this, apologies in advance if this already has a fix.

while trying to use the save editors and if i try to use the save sharer i get this error:

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

running it on Windows 7

 

it has so far happened while trying to open up the Save sharer, as i click i get the error, also when opening civ rev saves, there are a few other editors that brings up an error too, im no stranger to ripping saves from the usb device for backup but im pretty inexperienced with editing a save file.

Also my .net framework is the latest version (4.5.1)
