    So recently i've tried to redownload all my mps for W@W and all of them get stuck at 99% and then say "Can't Download". I've used multiple different save devices and also consoles and it seems that I cannot get the map packs anymore. Anyone else have the same issue? Anyone know a workaround?

    Try clearing your system Cache. If that doesn't work, may I suggest contacting XBOX / Microsoft support. They'll be able to help you further. Best of luck mate :)

    can you sign in online on ms account ie on the wb,and d/l from there or delete them all and try again.

    you can download dlc when you sign into your account on the web ie your ms xbox account.

    I had the same issue with W@W map packs 2 and 3 I believe, and I contacted Xbox support, they told me it was ''region-related''. :facepalm:
