Hello, I recently discovered this tool, and this is my first attempt to get it working. I have read other threads in an attempt to troubleshoot the problem on my own, but have been unsuccessful. I have Windows 10 64 bit, with all the .NET framework installed that Windows will let me have. I am starting the tool as administrator. I don't get any error messages or crashes or anything that gives me a hint as to what's going on. I just click "submit" and nothing happens. What else should I try? I mean absolutely no disrespect to anyone or their work, but I gotta put this out there...I just can't see how having a log in for software of this nature benefits anyone at all. Perhaps the devs of this software can look at eliminating this step so the software just opens and everyone can enjoy!
Hi.. Thanks for the info but i and others will need some more info on this error and tool, as in what mod tool is it and what game save is it for. Plz upload the game save ure trying to mod so i and others can look into this and see of we can help. EDIT: dam it never mind just seen the title lol :wallbash:
Logging into the software will not be eliminated as it's linked to your XPG account. It seems I can to log into 360Revolution just fine at this moment. Be sure to run 360Revolution as Admin and make sure both your Username and Password contains no special characters, and try again. Report back if it works or does not work if you could so kindly so we can further isolate your issue and investigate further if necessary, thank you.
Already tried as admin. My password contains only letters and numbers. My username contains spaces. Perhaps that is throwing it off. I just drilled the options to change my username but found none. Perhaps I just have to sign up for a new account or something....
Thanks for replying back. Odd indeed. What you have now shouldn't be a problem. We'll take a further look into it. May just be a hung process or whatnot.
PM me your user name and password and i'll check on my end as i too can log into the mod tool with no probs on my end.
Well, my apologies for registering another account, but I wanted to test a username with no spaces, and I was successful. With this new username I can log in to Revolution and everything apppears to be working as it should. I'm still not understanding why a log in is necessary, or why linking to accounts is necessary, but whatever.... If any forum admin is reading this, I'd like to keep this account. You can delete my old one since I can't use the revolution tool with it, anyway. Thanks.
