Resolved cant start 360revolution

every time i start 360revolution it comes up with this

then it wont allow me to click on anything or drag the scroll bar, also before that error comes up it says that the 16 bit format is unsupported and i should get a 64 bit one from my software vendor, iv tried looking for 1.64 which i read ..somewhere had 64 bit but i couldn't find it plzz help, i am running as admin

 

i actually found a link to 1.74 but it was to megaupload which the fbi have killed
aparently...i just cant win
