Cant change my password..

    My room on my laptop on xpgamesaves.
    Console:
    Xbox
    I cant change my password i have reset it and it has given me a password like "erwurwefw9f7"
    Now i cant remember that can i so i want to change it to my own specific password but it wont let me...
    Help?
