No, if you mod your GPD to have everything unlocked it will give you the Poker Night items also, so you should be able to equip it without losing it. If you do lose it, then you can just mod your GPD.
hey joecrack no you dont need jtag, get your profile onto your usb device and extract the 5454087C.gpd file from inside your profile as well as your profile to your desktop and use phillymasters gpd editor which is here http://www.xpgamesaves.com/topic/61370-borderlands-2-gpd-editor-v2305/ NOTE after directing the editor to your gpd you then direct it to the profile you extracted you can add upto 65000 golden keys and dont make your fire rate above 230% or some guns will lag your game up after modding the gpd open up your profile (the one on the usb device forget about the one on your desktop) then right click the 5454087C.gpd and replace with the modded one from your desktop
