I think i've been banned on black ops but i have no idea why, i mean. i was doing campaign normally and it glitch froze my screen, now i can't do anything because it keeps saying the Black Ops servers are unavailable. Im Quite confused by this - if there is a method to get unbanned somehow can someone tell me?
I would contact Activision support or maybe post on the Call of duty forums and see if they can help you and find out what's going on mate
