Bioshock 1 Save Editor?

    Ah just remembered I can't even use it because when I open it I get an error message telling me to install .NET Framework v4.0.30319. Problem is when I try updating it the application installs incorrectly. I've tried using walkthroughs online but it doesn't seem to work.
