Does anyone here workout? I may have asked this before but that was when I first joined and I am curious to see who does. If you use supplements, tell us which one you use! I use the Marked supplement supply. Which has been extremely great so far and I recommend it.
Does the raw eggs actually work? I know it has been a form of protein for quite a while but have you noticed a huge amount of gains on just that? What type of protein? Just normal protein or whey?
Yeah, it has high carbs that will build up fuel muscle and it is high in energy. If you don't like the thought of drinking it you could always try egg protein powder.
According to some sites I have read regarding raw eggs, it is better to actually boil them first. You can also suffer from biotin deficiency, which in all reality isn't something great to have if you're trying to work out. Guinness? As the beer? I have been told by several people in the gym, beer is a great mass gainer after a workout as it is loaded with carbs
