    Can I use 360Rev if I have a PS4?
    I want to mod my Diablo3 with a savegame from this forum.

    No, 360Revolution is only for the 360. I have worked on some PS3 tools that I plan on adding to 360Revolution but as it currently stands, no one can edit a PS4 save.
