As far as i know just my player, but who know's might work for Lebron Mod as well.
All this tool is for is YOUR player ratings. Chrome was trying to say that the more your ratings improve the more your teammates will as well. But...
I would think that it would be added to a completely new tool. Guess that might be what is taking him so long.. Or he might just be teasing us...
