    UTD = up to date. Yes reset and delete everything.. it may not be a new roster My Career but it works.

    If the rosters are UTD and the new patch is there it will not work. All this will have to be deleted as if you got the game brand new and out the box

    I deleted all the patches and it worked fine.

    For mine to work I had to delete everything I had from nba2k14 all patches, roster updates manually in my system settings.. and clear my system...
