Ok well i downloaded the modified files ready to be replaced on the .ISO but im not sure as to what files i need to change is it just the RPF files ? here is a picture Oh yeah its for the original gta 4 by the way
You will need to change the common.rpf and the img files (which are belived to be car spawns?) replace what ever you get in the mod pack is the easiest way.
Open the ISO in XBC or wx360 then replace the modded files, always take the default.xex out 1st then replace at the end.
You should just have to replace the non-modded files with the modded files you have and it should work. so download the desired files you want, then replace those files on the .ISO using WX360 or backup creator.
I know how to replace them its just i was not sure which files needed to be replaced i have not opened up the .ISO yet so im not sure where the image files go but im sure i will find them thanks for the help guys!
Yeah the guys are right just open XBC or wx360 and browse the files untill you find the ones in your mod package then simply right click, select replace and replace them directly with the modded files
The img files go here: (Root of iso)>Xbox360>Maps, you will see different tabs just select thoose and you will see where they go.
I think i need a new drive because my games are just failing at 50% i even tired one without the mods thinking thats the problem but i get the same results
Im not sure of the make of my drive but its a slot in drive like the ps3 and no i did not run it through abgx as i dont see what that would do apart from make it safer for online play ? i dont really burn games so i dont bother with all this crap but i have done 3 in the past with this drive so i dont know whats up with it
Always rn it through ABGX ABGX is not just to make it safer online it will also detect and report any errors and fix them if possible ensuring a good burn. I have a guide on how you should set up ABGX to correctly check and patch your games. http://www.xpgamesav...im-fw-released/ the guide is in one of the spoilers on the first post.
