modding tools wont connect to pc,get error message

    dont no if this is the right section to ask for help

    my kids have been on my laptop when i was out and now when i try and connect my modding tools i get a error message like this
    Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.

    how do i fix this problem been on the web to look but no clearanswers when it comes to gamming
    any help would be great thanks

    tried updating it,reinstalled it ect still the same

    do your modding tools connect to the default console set in 360 neighborhood?

    my modding tools connect and some of the programs work.but not all the programs work.like when i press force host.thats when i get the message
