Am I ok to go online and play XDG2 backups? (non-ap2.5) or is going online and updating not recommended at all?

Hmmm... dumb question. If I update to the new dash(assuming I update it through USB method when it is out) and stay offline, will that trigger unrecognized disc? Coz I so wanna see the new dashboard. XD

 

Don't update at all until LT+ 3.0 or you can't play your back-ups!!

The new dash is all good but not worth the drama of loosing your games.

 

So any XDG3 and AP2.5 games are unplayable if updated? But XDG2 are fine?
