1.Rehash/Resign
2.Transfer
3.Continue Story Mode and wait for the 50h Playtime Achievement to unlock (about 15 Minutes), then back to the Menu and into the Shop to buy the last Card (Nr.30 SkullMammothmon) for the Cards Complete Achievement and the last one 'Digimon Master' should unlock immediately after (if not try to replay a Mission in Story Mode).
