    Enabled All during gameplay, and now can't advance to next mission. Money continues to accumulate at Level Complete screen, and game will not allow you to press A (skip). Money codes don't seem to work by themselves, only after you Enable All and then begins to accumulate even after you try to disable the money codes. Is there a more efficient way to use the money codes? Thanks in advance.

    The cheat options for money are the same in "enable all" as they are single. If you wish to make it so you dont have to wait at the end of the level for it to count. Only enable the gain on spend or quick money for a short period. It is because you gain 30k per pickup you make. So it can not keep up counting.
