Fallout New Vegas Save Pack + Editor

In this thread i will be posting a save pack that unlocks achievements and a save editor so you may change whatever you want ex. Inventory, rad resistance, health and weight.

The save pack was to big for me to scan, but you have my word that there is no viruses.

Is this editor updated to all the DLCs and such? I remember a while back that this editor was only to Dead Money.

Nice. I ended up repurchasing this game. Had too many gliches last time.
