    Modifies Total Studs
    Unlocks All

    How to use:
    1.) Extract your "GAME" content from your save game.
    2.) Open "GAME" in editor and modify.
    3.) Once finished inject "GAME" back into save game and rehash and resign.
    4.) Enjoy your mods.
