Hello, I am from the Netherlands so my english is not that good. When I saw the new xbox dash update i wanted to dowload it but then I thought it could had something to do with my flashed xbox. So I cancelled it halway but I think I was to late. But it still asked for the update when I restarted my Xbox . Unfortunately I couldn't play my copied games anymore. So when the new version ( LT+ v 1.9 ) came out I was very happy. So I send it to a guy who could flash my Xbox. He updated it with v1.9. And when I got the Xbox back I could play my copied games again. But then I connected to Xbox live and It asked for the update . I think I have an problem now because I have the LT+ 1.9 but it also wants the update again. Can I just download the new dashboard or will I then loose my LT+ v1.9 again ? I don't realy want that because then I will need to pay 20 euro again Thanks Jorn
I Had This For Some Reason And I Just Updated It And Nothing Happened As The Dvd Drive Key Should Already Have Been Moved But If You Do Decide To Update Im Not Held Responsible
You should be fine it will just be an update for avatar and media codecs, your drive shouldn't be re-flashed at all.
You did the right thing to check 1st, I've had this a few times from people that's why I update the Xbox for them after LT+ 1.9 so they don't have to worry. Glad it's all good.
