Same here. What should be 2,147,483,647 ends up being -16,704,693. When the modded save is reloaded into the editor, an error is thrown that the new amount is less than the minimum allowed (I presume your minimum is 0 instead of -2,147,483,646?) and it is reverted to zero. The value being written by the editor is FF011B4B, where as it should be 7FFFFFFF for max money. I assume there's a hash on this game (there was for AC5) so I don't think us editing the file ourselves will work, otherwise I would... >.>

In other words, your editor reads the file correctly, but it isn't writing the information correctly.

EDIT: And I found the issue. Within GPROG.DAT, the money is a big endian signed 32-bit integer located at 0X0018; however, your editor writes the money to three spaces ahead, at 0X0015. I don't know if you write to the file while it's still within the CON or not (probably not as you'd have a harder time fixing the hash) but the issue is not that it's writing the new value wrong, but instead that it's writing it to the wrong place.

EDIT: Scratch that. I just edited it myself in a hex editor, and there's no hash. Which is sort of strange, given the focus on multiplayer... ^-^;

I edited but when enter the game my money is the same, am I doing something wrong? I follow all the steps above :/
Edit: I'm entering online, maybe i've to boot the game offline right?

 

Tried doing this 6 times. US 360 copy. Both online and offline. Never got any more money.

The result hapens both online, offline, And online on xbl but offline mode on ACVD.

 

Finally fixed the issue. Well found a fix. You need to Waste all of your money into the UNAC stuff so you have 0 Au. Transfer all your files onto a USB stick, Go to horizon and extract the game progress data to desktop as a GAME20000 file. Load the editor and save, Hit "max money" and save it. Re load it into horizon and save. Viola, MAKE SURE YOU LOAD OFFLINE. Im pretty sure this wont work online, Go offline, Max out your UNAC and buy all the extra parts you want and be done. BTW tip for UNACs make them into super tanks, AP AP AP AP. And Autocannons.
