Yes you read that right 49 out of the 50 UFO parts have been collected !! All you have to do is load the save and your right in front of number 50! Collecting number 50 will gain you this. AND The UFO Car Once you have got number 50 a reminder text will show up and you have to return to the "0?" Icon on the map down at Omega East Sandy Shores as Franklin. The hippy dude says he has something to show you. bcoz this will only pop 1 GTS and the other in that topic will pop alot of them, not alot of peps like to pop their GTS with those type of saves. "GTS" = Gamer Tag Score.
