THE BUREAU: XCOM DECLASSIFIED
What it does:
Lets you manually edit your exp and automatically maxes other Stats.

RTE:
Demi God
Inf Ammo
Fast Exp
One Hit Kill
Max Level

How to use:
Editor:
1. get your save off of your usb/hdd
2. Open tool and hit editor menu strip, then open your save
3. change values to what you want and hit save.

RTE:
1. Hit Connect
2. Hit which ever buttons you want to enable/disable.

Your welcome, and we will be sure to release more tools, and even update this one, I don't know exactly what stats it maxes as I am not far enough in the game to see but it is an obvious change (and a good one at that) Once I know what it actually went and maxed out I will make an update. I will also try adding support for other characters as I have noticed there are multiple in the save itself.

 

That's good to know and I'm glad you will be supporting your work as you progress through, I'll keep an eye on this thread .
I started it last night so I'll go through it as I get time but this trainer should spice things up.

 

Yeah I like to keep making updates. I am sure the RTE will spice things up

 

great tool m8 but it shuts down once i hit connect and when i try to edit my xp my save comes up corrupt.

when I press connect the program disappears too

 

the program crashes for me too when i click connect i have the debug ip in the box im on win 8 x86 going to try on pc no dont work on win 7 x64 or win 8 x64 just crashes when i click connect

I just now found out it has a checksum, updating it in a little while with checksum fixed, the RTE problem I am looking into it but it should definitely work if you have the sdk installed and have the xbdm.dll

 

I have XDK installed jtag shows up in xbox neighborhood. I have the xbdm.dll and when I hit connect the rte shuts down.

 

i have all those installed m8, im using a RTE made by Jackass for assassins creed 3 and is connected to my rgh
with no problems at all.

and save editor(save corrupt)

 

I cant use the RTE ( don't know what it means to be honest... ) but the save editor allows me to edit XP and save but shows up as corrupt when I try to use it.
