I've not tested this myself. All I know is it opens Left 4 Dead 2 "UserSettings.file" and allow you to edit a lot of different settings and assign button controls by the looks of it. Take a look at screenshot or if you download and open the "UserSettings" file in the folder to have a look what you can edit first.

Note: DO NOT edit the UserSettings file in the folder though, Only edit your own. The reason for this is because when you use the Revert back to Original button in app it uses the one in the folder to work from.

 

For me it opened the program in windows media player for some reason.
