How to use:
1) Open Horizon and extract your Settings.
2) Run the editor and open the extracted file.
3) Change what you want and click save.
4) Rehash & Resign the modded file and move it back to your device.

Will there be more things added to this?
I know you can manually mod items but could you possibly add an item list and how many you want.
It will save a lot of time and it's helpful for people who can't do it manually.

I get an error says: The instruction at 0x7778ce3b refernced at 0xfffffffff. The memory could not be read .

How would giving my save to him help at all lol? The program will not even open and i know for a fact its not my saves

 

Something is wrong with your .NET Framework. Update it to the newest version, if that doesn't help try to re-install it.
