Anyone have saves for the following achievements: The Nanny Kill 30 Crawlers without detonating them The Sampler Platter Kill a Necromorph with every Weapon in the game (single player only). My Boom Stick Kill 6 enemies at once with Line Gun's Alt-Fire (single player only) Shock Therapy Impale an enemy with the Javelin Gun and use its Alt-Fire to shock 3 others (single player only) It's a Trap! Kill 20 enemies with Detonator Mines in a deployed state Necro Flambé Kill 50 enemies using the Flamethrower Peek a Boo! Kill a Stalker with the Seeker Rifle while in Zoom Mode C-Section Knock down an enemy with Contact Beam Alt-Fire then kill it with Primary Fire before it stands up Skewered in Space Impale an enemy into a Decompression Window to cause it to blow out Clean Cut Sever all three tentacles of a Lurker with one Line Gun Primary Fire shot (single player only)
Im currently going through a zealot level run through of the game, and im on level 11, so once ive made it through to the end, and saved for a new game+ again, i will have a go at uploading the save. should be later on tonight. The only achievement i will be missing when ive completed this runthrough will be 'hard to the core' (complete the game on hardcore). I have maxed out the plasma cutter, the line gun, the pulse rifle, the detonator, the flame thrower, the ripper,and the force gun.I may have maxed the javelin gun as well, i cant remember. Plus i have put nodes on the seeker rifle, and at the moment i have 25 nodes in my inventory. I have the engineering suit, the elite engineering suit, the advanced suit, security suit and the elite security suit. I dont know if the achievements will register for you when you load, but it cant hurt to try.
In order to pop the achivements that H4NNiiB4L is after it would mean saving before popping the required cheevo. E.G : The Nanny Kill 30 Crawlers without detonating them ( Need to save at 29 ) The Sampler Platter Kill a Necromorph with every Weapon in the game (save with one weapon remaining ) It's a Trap! Kill 20 enemies with Detonator Mines in a deployed state (sace at 19) so on and so forth. Please still upload a save to test though Trey.
ive got the save, and im trying to test it on my jtag, but im having problems with rehashing and resigning the save. ive got an idea what the problem is, just want to make sure it works before i up it.
some of the cheevos will pop without saving before. i think you can upload a save with everything done and if they kill a necromorph with any weapon it will pop the kill with every weapon cheevo. i know i had a save that if i stomped one necro the cheevo popped. removed a limb cheevo popped, etc. i will look for it and upload it if it isn't here already.
right, ive got the save working on my jtag (problem with the name i saved it as, wasnt being recognised by the game). well the good news is, as im playing on the game, achievements are unlocking, for instance, the epic dismemberment achievement, dismember 2500 necromorph limbs. my stats were something like 5000/2500. as soon as i cut a limb, the achievement popped. but when i made it to the first shop, i changed into the advanced suit to get the achievement for it, and it never went off. perhaps it will when you find the schematic for it. also the achievements for the fully uploaded weapons didnt register either. perhaps if you remove the nodes at a bench and refit them it will work, i cant check, i have had enough of ds2 for today. about 10 achievements popped by the time i got to the first shop area. heres a link http://www.xpgamesaves.com/files/file/1458-dead-space-2-save/
