Hey the game trainer works very well but nothing happens to player when get hit the health decreases , no one hit working even fter unlocking all cheats nothing works. Plz can anybody help with this

1. i hate to be a pain in the bum lol,but im also having real real big trouble using and working how to use this mod tool and trainer as well this is my xbox 360 fist of the north star kens rage 2 save its a PAL international version i havent gotten far at al in it or unlocked anyone or characters but id just love a bit of help with this save if someone could help me and mod it for me i'd be muchly appreciated basicly all the stuff the mod tool can do id love done to this save, ive just had trouble using it i can rehash and resighn and all the basic stuff but when its comes to trainers, n ,more complex mod tools being brutally honest im useless that way sorry any help with modding my tiny save would much appreciated and gratefull this is my link to the save anyway cheers with kindest regards from AJ.
