    Before the link, you should know that you need skyrim on PC too.
    Non-Jtag Skyrim mods are just permanant cheat codes on the Pc save file before converting it for xbox.
    So I hope you have the game on Pc ^_^

    Well if you have skyrim for PC then you can create your save with this tool http://www.xpgamesaves.com/topic/33495-skyrim-character-editormod-tool/#.URft7Udg924 Then after that you can do what iP3RF3CTxSaInTs said. You can convert the PC save into a Xbox save data.. I hope that helps you ;)
