Yeah but the thing is it will only work with the account it was downloaded with unless its license transfered and that can only be done once every 4 months

And then with license transfer there is a risk of getting banned for marketplace theft

i really want the dlc i have been playing for a while but my account is banned. urs would let me get the dlc.
