sounds promising mate, wish I could help out but hands are massively full atm. Btw your rules and requirements are not strict at all they are common sense.. You should see all the red tape and stuff you have to review before you Join Machinima's network. Hope you get the help you need mate!
I'm probably gonna seem like a huge noob, but here it goes! Vertra The Retrowork? I'm probably seeming like OAGF but meh who cares.. You could go with a really retro theme(no network has done this)
