Higgins is a character from a late 70's early 80's show, he is the care keeper at a estate in hawaii, that's owned by a rather wealthy gentleman, by the name of Robin Masters, but in the end you find out that Higgins is robin masters, and on the estate there is a P.I named Thomas Magnum, Thomas is head of security on the estate, the show is called Magnum P.I.
