iHas Burner 122 (C) Model ( Help) (Read Please)

oK Got this C drive and I have tried many methods such as changing buffer size etc.. burn speeds , force hyper tuning , online etc.. the xgd3 layer break and I am all getting failed discs best i got on one of them was a complete burn but then the disc failed 50% verification and it doesnt work in the xbox.


Any help anyone ?

I thought only b drives would fully burn

 

You can use C4EVA's new tool that tricks the ROM into making the disc size bigger without an iHas flashed, there is a long list of working drives this works with.

Are you using Verbs?

 

right what i would do is reset imgburn to original setting then use the reccomened burn settings in the payload tool instructions if that fails reset again and just do a burn see if that works mine does and ive never messed with all the hyper tuning etc failing that have you ran your iso through abgx to see its a good iso ???

any chance of any pictures from imgburn etc so we can have a look ..

I had the same problem yesterday with the exact same drive. Went through about 15 verbs!
Here's how I fixed it

Perform OCP before write - Enabled
I/O Buffer Size 512MB (Full)
Force Hyper Tuning - Enabled
Online Hyper Tuning - Enabled
Over Speed - Enabled
Smart Burn - Enabled

Wasted loads of disks as I said but those settings work perfect. I have burnt 6 games off since yesterday and all work perfect. Before yesterday about 90% of games would not burn with my 122. As we have the same drive these settings should work 4 u too

 

Load your favorite burning software. Insert your blank DVD+R DL disc. Send the BurnerMAX Payload. Re-select your drive in the burner software and the capacity will be increased.
You will need to send the BurnerMAX Payload evertime you insert a blank DVD+R DL disc.
Special vendor specific commands are sent to examine in realtime the drives custom registers, searching for specific DVD+R DL blank media capacity and layer capacity parameters.
If found these registers are modified using another set of vendor specific commands.
Due to the use of stock firmware and different burner makes and models, any settings the burner has play a more important role.
For iHas burners B, C and D, recommended settings are:
Force Hypertuning – Enabled
Online Hypertuning – Disabled
Smartburn – Enabled
Overspeed – Enabled
OPC history – Do not clear
Results may vary depending on hardware and disc brand.
Verbatim DVD+R DL (Singapore Manufactured) Blank Discs are recommended for best results.
