what else is meesed up when disk scratches from eye?

i have an xbox 360 that i moved while playing, and it scratched my disk, i was wondering if it also messed up the eye? if so can i replace it?? i know how to solder and all that so should i or is it fine/

 

do u mean laser? then yes look for your drive laser on ebay or i use modtraders google it

It is fine, it just burns the disc.

 

ohok good then, i just bought this xbox 360 from a buddy for 30$ he said it scratched his game, so now he thinks it will scratch all of his games. so he sold it to me for 30$ the thing is like BRAND NEW. he hasn't even opened it before
